The warranty coverage for any component in your new Hyundai vehicle, with the exception of items mentioned below, extends for 48 months from either the date of the original retail delivery or the date of first use, whichever occurs first. It also covers up to 100,000 kilometers.
The paint warranty specifically addresses paint defects and surface corrosion (excluding perforation) resulting from defects in paint material or workmanship. This warranty lasts for 24 months from either the date of the original retail delivery or the date of first use, and it also covers up to 50,000 kilometers.
Tires, batteries, and audio navigation units are covered by the warranties offered by their respective manufacturers. For detailed information, please refer to the relevant warranty condition card provided with your vehicle.
Acquiring Warranty Service
Authorized Hyundai distributors or dealers will provide warranty services at no cost for both parts and labor. Please note that this warranty does not apply to warranty services performed by entities other than authorized Hyundai distributors or dealers.
Resolution of Warranty Claims
Hyundai retains the authority to make the final determination in all warranty claims.
The repair or replacement of any component originally manufactured by Hyundai that is discovered to be defective in material or workmanship during normal use and maintenance is covered, except for any items explicitly mentioned in the section titled “What is not covered.”

Incidental or consequential damage The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, which may include costs related to fuel, telephone calls, travel, loading inconveniences, commercial and/or personal losses, and loss of vehicle use.Extra expenses The warranty does not cover any economic losses, which may encompass, but are not limited to, payment for the loss of time or pay, inconvenience, loss of vehicle use, vehicle rental expenses, lodging bills, food expenses, other travel costs, storage charges, and any other incidental or consequential losses or damages.
